How do I order testing supplies from ACL? Supplies can be ordered online through the ACL web site. Click here to go to the order form. 2. Who can I speak with about blood lead testing? Contact our Environmental/Metals department at 1-800-624-3134, extension 7945. This lab is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 3. What are ACL's Client Services hours? Client Services is available: Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 to 5:00 p.m. 4. How can I find out who my Account Manager is? Call Sales Support at 1-800-624-3134, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are logged into the web site, your sales representative will also appear in the right hand portion of the page. How can I add additional tests to a sample ACL has already tested? Call Client Services at 1-800-877-7016 to see if there is satisfactory sample available. If there is, we will go through the next steps with you in the call. 9. How can I find more information about stat services? Please call Client Services at 1-800-877-7016. A representative will be able to walk you through what options are available to handle stat testing. 10. I have questions on sample pick-ups, who can I talk to?
