Frequently asked questions

1. I have questions about my test results, who should I talk to?
We suggest that you contact your physician to discuss test results. Laboratory results are most useful when accompanied by additional clinical information, which your doctor will have.

2. What does a particular test cost?
Please call 1-800-877-7016 and choose the Client Services option. A representative will be able to discuss your needs and options with you.

3. What are your hours?
Client Services is open:
Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day
Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 to 5:00 p.m.

4. Where are your collection sites?

5. How can I find a physician?

6. How long will the testing take to be completed?
The length of time for test results varies with the type of test ordered. Your physician will be able to provide you with this information upon request.

7. What is an ABN?
The Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) is required for certain tests that are not reimbursed under Medicare. The ABN specifies the test(s) that are not covered and also details out the expectation that the patient will be responsible for payment of the testing.
