Get answers to questions about your insurance claim and any related charges not covered under your plan. We help with questions about your ACL Laboratories account statement, bills from our affiliated pathology groups, and record any changes to your insurance coverage or patient information. Questions about your health insurance coverage should be directed to your carrier.

Specimen Pickup

Save time with our easy and convenient specimen pick up and report delivery service. We'll confirm your specimen is picked up, delivered to the lab and when it's been tested. ACL couriers serve Wisconsin, northern Illinois and northern Indiana. For other areas we use the USPS or commercial carriers for your convenience.

Staffed around the clock by members of our technical staff and our board certified pathologists, we assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with test results, technical questions, supply requests, billing inquiries and general information. We also provide consultation for unusual cases and can arrange special studies.
