Please call 1-800-877-7016 and choose the Client Services option. A representative will be able to discuss your needs and options with you.
Client Services is open: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The length of time for test results varies with the type of test ordered. Your physician will be able to provide you with this information upon request.
The Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) is required for certain tests that are not reimbursed under Medicare. The ABN specifies the test(s) that are not covered and also explains that the patient will be responsible for payment of the testing.
