What does a particular test cost?

For information regarding laboratory test costs.
  • Patients with health insurance, contact your insurance provider directly.
  • Patients without health insurance, call 1-800-877-7016, press option #1 to connect to our billing department.
  • ACL Clients, contact your ACL Business Development Representative.

What are your hours?

Client Services is open: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long will the testing take to be completed?

The length of time for test results varies with the type of test ordered. Your physician will be able to provide you with this information upon request.

What is an ABN?

The Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) is required for certain tests that are not reimbursed under Medicare. The ABN specifies the test(s) that are not covered and also explains that the patient will be responsible for payment of the testing.
